Pops of color everywhere is in for Spring!
The brighter and bolder the color, the more eye-candy it becomes. I’m talking Royal blues, Emerald greens, Hot pinks, Bright oranges, and more are the colors you should be wearing for Spring! Easier said than done for many of us, of course. I’m one to shy away from wearing shockingly bright colors but with this dreary weather, I’m ready to bust and check out the most drool-worthy Spring shoes and accessories and head on to begin my mission in getting all Chicagonista ready for Spring. It is coming around the corner, you know!
Pair up to as much as 3-4 colors in an outfit. Maybe a red top, blue skirt, and a yellow blazer just like in the picture above. Be playful in your color choices. There’s almost no rule in what color goes with what. One thing to remember is to be careful in adding prints. Stick with one printed item only if you must have it. With make-up, keeping a more subtle neutral tones are best when wearing brightly colored outfits. If you’d rather have that pop of color on your eyes and lips, then go for it but then tone down your outfit instead. Bright accessories and shoes are a must!
