Mixing good food, wine, music and friends is bound to be a great night! Bonefish Grill in Schaumburg hosted an evening for local Chicago bloggers and introduce the restaurant’s new Taste The Notes: Thursdays, “pairing half glasses of wine that match guests’ palettes with their musical tastes”. The menu list on wine are according to the musical genre of taste and the variety boast wines from all over the world and provides the opportunity to experiment different types inexpensively. Their very own master mixologist was there to guide us through in pairing the right dishes with the right wine. There are 2 other locations of Bonefish Grill in IL, so for the music enthusiasts with a penchant for good wine, then this is definitely a place for you to check out. You must definitely try their Bang Bang Shrimp and the Pan Asian Salmon served with Jasmine Rice.
