This past weekend, the 10-city Buick Regal Discovery Tour with Food & Wine and Travel+Leisure Magazines has kicked off at the Kendall College of Culinary Arts. It started with a Buick Regal 2011 test drive and then followed by luxury & culinary sessions from celebrity presenters.
Chicago’s very own Michelle Garcia of Bleeding Heart warmed guests with chocolate cake ball goodness and told tales of her rich awe-inspiring culinary history, Travel+Leisure contributing editor Stirling Kelso shared her list of useful mobile apps for travel, Wine Celebrity Talent Michael Green instructed guests on how to make Green Tea Ginger Sour cocktails/mocktails, and Top Chef Master Marcus Samuelsson of C-House and also cookbook author of the “New American Table” topped off the event with a cooking demo and a taste test of his Maple-Glazed Salmon and more.
