This past weekend was simply inspiring. It started out with an early schedule to meet at State Street’s Salon at ULTA with the 3 winners of the ULTAmate Mom contest. As each one of them walked in through ULTA’s main entrance along with their loved ones who nominated them, you can see the infectious smiles and excitement on their faces.
After what I already read about them, it gave me great pleasure to actually see and hear them in person. I find it especially inspiring that their unconditional dedication to their family is the significant factor they all have in common. Stories of children, grandchildren, uncles & aunts were shared. There were moments of laughter, some tears, and a whole lot of excitement as each one glowingly finished and even more beautiful inside and out.
David Barnett (celebrity hairstylist to the Hiltons, Anne Hathaway, Paul McCartney & more…) worked his magic on our three amazing Moms and Eulalio Fabie De Silva of lahleyoo! captured these moments beautifully.
Thank you Salon at ULTA and their extremely friendly staff for making this a day a memorable one for all of us.

Congratulations to all three ladies! You all look so fabulous in this incredible video. I hope you enjoyed your Mother’s Day. Give the ladies who nominated you for this special treat a HUGE hug! They obviously all really care about you.
This was a very generous thing to be given to all of the Mothers that won the prize and also an inspiration to the ones that did not win this year. The mothers looked great, and beautiful in their own way. Congratulations to the winners and belated Mothers day wish to all the Mothers in the world.
